Returns Policy

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, due to the custom nature of these products.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. We will provide you with details on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

To report a faulty item, please email us at info@littlemammaduck.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the fault

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your request and confirm the fault, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging where possible.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for personalised items due to change of mind or ordering errors.

  • Return postage for faulty items will be covered or reimbursed upon agreement.
